Sliding scale fees are available for those who qualify (Proof of Income required).

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance by calling us at (401) 400-1863.

No-show fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
After-Hours Emergency
For emergencies, please dial 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
Non-life-threatening calls and messages will be returned within 24 hours.

Punctuality: Please arrive on time.

Late Policy: Arrivals over 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
If your therapist is delayed, your session will still be fully allotted.
Confidentiality
All client files and communications are kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations unless written permission is provided.
